Hey again OCBA members,
The time is nearing for our annual club picnic set to be held on August 1st at lake Neppesing(Kevin Moores home).Still need to hear from several members and you know who you are.Plans have to be made, food, water, soda, etc needs to be purchased as well.It will be an all day event starting with a morning fishing tournamnet for thoses who wiish to ge there early. Also,a evening tournament will be held mostly for bragging rites and to out fish Kevin on his home lake.......practice kevin.
Over half the club has not yet replied yet so plz plz a simple yes or no will help out and if your coming how many will be attending with you.For those of you attending a dish to pass would be very helpful. The club does not supply any beer, wine, etc so on that subject its BYOB.
Anyone have any ideas, suggestions for the picnic feel free to let me know or help assit me.
Darryl

I think you know I'll be there in the afternoon. Let me know the agenda for food, where the fish are, tournament times, directions, where the fish are, what we should bring, where the fish are, etc.
Also, you don't need to start a whole new thread everytime you post about the picnic. The intent is that you just create a new reply on the original thread. You've got three different threads going now. So, some guys might not look at the right one. HTH.
Are we going to catch a lot of fish that look like the attached?

Mark.....well as far as where the fish are try looking in the water, that be a good place to start.Or ask kevin he know the lake better then me plus i cant catch a fsih this year if it was to jump in my boat. You may catch fish like them but they could be some nicw walleye, lake has some good eyes in it.
I sent out an e mail to everyone with all the details a few minutes age.For directions get Kevins address of the rooster and punch it into your gps.Kevin lives off of Alexander Rd.So take i-69 to lake Nepessing Rd and go south.Once your on lake nepessing rd traveling south Im guess 3 miles to lippincott rd the right or heading west.Once on Lippincott maybe a mle down on the rite your find kevins road(Alexander rd turn rite again.Go to the end and turn left and on the right will be his place.Once your there direction to his launch will be given to you,its the next road down if you dont turn on his.I dont have jhis address handy so get it off the clubs rooster.
I think we have ever thing we need but a nice ribeye steak would be nice.....yummmm.
Desserts.......if anyone can bring some thing a dessert of some kind would be good.
Ice..........can allways use ice.
Have dogs,burgers,sausages and beans...also salad.
Have pepsi, diet pepsi and sunny d juice......bottled water to.
Marshmellows and chocolate for smores for later in the evening.
Sandwiches for lunch for after the morning fish.
Did I miss any thing?
