Officers Nominations and Scheduled Elections

Gentlemen,
   I’d like to remind all active members that we will be taking nominations at the August Meeting for the Office of Tournament Director.   Once we have these Nominations the election will take place at the September Meeting.  The current Officer’s would like to invite any Club Member to take part in these nominations and if you would like you may also volunteer your services as well.  If you feel like you are not knowledgeable about the duties of the Tournament Director then by all means get with one of the existing Club Officer’s and ask them what ever questions you may have.  There is a large amount of knowledge between them since they have all served as Tournament Director at one time or another.   Please understand as Tournament Director you may name your Tournament Committee and they will assist you in all your duties.  If you all work as a team you will be able to overcome any and all obstacles.  The Club needs new blood as it were for without new ideas and approaches the Club will not prosper, so once again please see fit to engage yourselves and move your Club forward into the 2011 Season.

   We are still looking for someone to take over for Mr. Ribick as Tournament Director.

im going to have to decline my nomination as the secretary, as i will be missing most of the meetings this winter due to bowling in a league on tues nights. i would like to make a nomination though as to i think would fill the job and my nomination would be ken ryntz he probably pays attention a lot more than i do and tend to space out every once in awhile listening to ribick complain about no fish being in (insert lake here)  i apologize for the inconvenience and i will be at this next meeting
